Bennie was a regal 20+ year old Thoroughbred gelding who came to PHH in December 2005, surrendered by his owner who was no longer able to care for him. Bennie was rescued off the track as a five year old, when he sustained a fetlock injury. More

Halo

Aside from being starved nearly to death, Halo was kicked in the head and received no medical treatment from her former owner. We received Halo and her pasture mate, Vegas, into our care in November 2006 and are pleased to report she has come a long way. More
