A personable bay mare, Baylee came to PHH early in 2008 as part of a seizure. She had been left in a round pen with no food and dirty water for at least 3 months and resorted to eating the wood of the round pen to struggle to live.  She was seized after another horse had been found starved to death in a ditch nearby.
